We begin the day with a guided kayaking experience on the Helford River with Koru Kayaking, moving through calm waters, hidden creeks and woodland along one of Cornwall’s most peaceful waterways.
After the water, we return to Budock Vean Hotel for a relaxed set-menu lunch. A chance to slow down, chat, enjoy beautiful surroundings and connect with the women around you.
In the afternoon, we move into a gentle guided workshop with Hello Realign - a reflective wellbeing session designed to help you pause, reset and reconnect through meditation, journalling and guided reflection.
By the end of the day, you’ll leave feeling calmer, more grounded and reminded of the importance of making time for yourself.
