Our Story

Dreckly Wild Women is a space for every woman who feels the pull to explore, but isn't quite sure how to take that first step.

It started in Cornwall with an idea to make it easier for women to meet, try new things, and say yes to life a little more often. What began with a few local walks has grown into a women-only community, from coastal walks, craft workshops and supper clubs at home in Cornwall, to retreats and small-group trips abroad open to women wherever they're based. Today, there are over 200 women in our community.

We host events that feel less like organised activities and more like meeting friends. Our events are led by one of our friendly hosts, so you'll always have a familiar face to say hello to. However you find us, there's a place for you here.

We welcome women of all ages, and Dreckly is a space for everyone. While many of our members are in their 20s to 50s, we're always happy to meet women of any age who feel drawn to getting out, trying new things, and meeting like-minded people.

We move with intention. We believe in doing things dreckly - not in a rush, but with care. Most of our experiences are small, simple, and easy to join, even if you come on your own.

And we hope every woman who joins us leaves feeling a little more grounded and a little more confident than when they arrived.

This isn't about being experienced, or doing anything extreme - it's about creating space for connection, creativity, and time outdoors. Come solo, find your people.
