2. Membership Terms

2.1 Dreckly Community Membership — £15 one-off

The Dreckly Community membership is a one-off, lifetime payment of £15. Once purchased, it grants you permanent access to our private WhatsApp community and the ability to attend Dreckly Wild Women events.

  • This payment is non-refundable once WhatsApp community access has been granted
  • Membership is personal and non-transferable
  • We reserve the right to remove a member from the community if our Community Guidelines are breached (see Section 8)
  • In exceptional circumstances, if access is revoked due to a breach of guidelines, no refund will be issued

3. Event & Retreat Bookings

3.1 Booking & Payment

All event bookings must be made through our official website or booking system. A booking is only confirmed once full payment (or a deposit where applicable) has been received and you have received a confirmation email from us. Dreckly Community membership is required to book any event. Members in our WhatsApp community receive first notice when new events are released.

3.2 Cancellation Policy — Community Events

All community event bookings are non-refundable once payment has been made. Your booking is transferable to another eligible Dreckly Community member at no extra charge with at least 14 days' notice. We are unable to accept transfers within 14 days of the event date.

3.3 Cancellation Policy — Weekend Retreats

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place, unless a payment plan is offered for that retreat. Where a payment plan is available, a deposit secures your place and the remaining balance is paid in instalments, as set out on the retreat page. Missed instalments may result in your place being released. We strongly recommend taking out personal travel insurance.

When you cancel what happens:

  • More than 60 days before - 50% refund of the amount paid at the time of cancellation. Any outstanding instalments will be cancelled.
  • Within 60 days. No refund. Booking is transferable.
  • Non-attendance or early departure. No refund under any circumstances.

For retreats booked within 30 days of the start date, full payment is non-refundable at the time of booking. Bookings are transferable with at least 7 days' notice.

Bookings are transferable to another eligible Dreckly Community member. Please contact us at info@drecklywildwomen.co.uk with the full name of the person taking your place.

3.4 Your Right to Cancel — Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

By completing your booking you acknowledge that you are waiving your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 in order to secure your place. You will be asked to confirm the following at checkout before payment can be processed:

"I understand that this booking is non-refundable in accordance with Dreckly Wild Women's cancellation policy. I acknowledge that I am waiving my 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. I confirm I have read and agree to the full Terms and Conditions."

3.5 Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund of all payments made to us, or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative event. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred independently.

3.6 Third-Party Travel Experiences (Overseas Trips)

From time to time, Dreckly Wild Women may promote or recommend overseas trips operated by third-party providers.

All such trips are organised, managed, and delivered entirely by the third-party operator. By booking, you enter into a direct contract with the relevant provider, and their Terms and Conditions will apply to your booking.

Dreckly Wild Women acts as a community partner and affiliate only, and does not organise, operate, or take responsibility for these trips. We do not take payment or manage bookings for third-party travel experiences.

While a member of the Dreckly Wild Women team may be present on certain trips, this is in a community capacity only. Dreckly Wild Women accepts no liability for the delivery, safety, or management of the trip.

Dreckly Wild Women may receive a commission for referrals to third-party providers.

4. Health, Safety & Participation

By booking an event, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and in suitable physical and mental health to participate. Dreckly Wild Women is an adult women's community and we are unable to accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or accessibility requirements before the event. If you have any accessibility needs, please contact us before booking and we will do our best to support you.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it would put you or others at risk.

Wild & Empowered7 miles and over (half a day or more), with sustained climbs and challenging terrain. Strong fitness required.

5. Merchandise

All merchandise orders are processed and dispatched within 7 working days. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We are unable to accept returns on personalised or made-to-order items unless they are faulty.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a standard merchandise order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Force Majeure

We will not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivering our services where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, pandemic, government restrictions, or acts of terrorism.

This does not apply to third-party travel experiences, which are governed by the operator's own terms.

7. Photography & Content

We may take photographs or video at events for use on our website and social media. When you book an event, you can choose whether you consent to being photographed by ticking the optional box on the booking form. We will always seek your consent before using images in which you are identifiable. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know before or at the start of the event. Any content you create and share publicly about Dreckly Wild Women may be reshared by us with appropriate credit.

8. Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct
