We begin the day with a guided kayaking experience on the Helford River with Koru Kayaking, moving through calm water, creeks and woodland along one of Cornwall’s most peaceful waterways.
After the water, we return to Budock Vean Hotel for a relaxed set-menu lunch. A chance to slow down, connect, and take in the surroundings.
In the afternoon, we move into a gentle guided workshop with Hello Realign - a reflective wellbeing workshop in Cornwall designed to help you pause, reset, and reconnect through meditation, journalling and guided reflection.
No experience is needed, everything is taken care of for you.
