  • A £100 deposit per person is required to secure your place at Cowgirl Campout.

    Your deposit reserves your accommodation choice and allows us to confirm arrangements with our venue and suppliers

  • After your initial £100 deposit, your remaining balance will be split into four further instalments.

    Your payment schedule will be confirmed in your booking confirmation and invoices will be sent directly through to your email.

    You are also welcome to pay your remaining balance in full at any time.

  • Yes! We want Cowgirl Campout to feel achievable, so payment plans are available.

    You can secure your place with a £100 deposit and spread the remaining balance across four instalments.

    If you’d prefer to pay in full, that option is available too.

  • We understand that sometimes plans change. However, as this is a small-group experience involving advance commitments with our venue, suppliers, catering and activities, payments are non-refundable.

    If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

  • Yes, your place can be transferred to another Dreckly Wild Women member if you are no longer able to attend up to 30 days until the event.

    Please contact us as soon as possible with the new attendee’s details. Any transfer must be approved by Dreckly Wild Women and the new attendee must agree to the booking terms.
